That's when a big, white tom came trotting in and slammed against Beetlepaw in a joyful rub. He found her! Frozenheart glanced behind at Drabheart to indicate this was the she-cat for whom they had been searching before he remembered what kind of relationship he had with Beetlepaw and stepped back, a bit abashed. The two cons hadn't met in the best way possible, and he didn't know how she would take to his greetings.
Upon looking around, he recognized Shadestream... but not Pebbletail, who seemed friendly. He wondered how she was doing today. So, he walked up and sniffed the scent glands on her face.

Beetlepaw was taken off guard when Frozenheart arrived. She froze up for a moment, then she blinked a few times. Had she just been attacked? That was her first conclusion and she was about to swipe at the fellow who'd bumped into her, but before she did that, she noticed who it was. "Oh, it's you," she said, trying to forget the fact that she had been stupid enough to think that she had just been attacked. It was just Frozenheart; she didn't really think he had any intentions to hurt her or anything. Then again, she was pretty sure that he knew Woodstripe, the cat who had started the Experiment(from her knowledge, she had, anyways), and he could always be spying on her! How dare he! She huffed, then tried to calm down, deciding that she was just being paranoid. She looked towards Frozenheart again, now that he was over near Pebbletail.
"Who's your friend?" she asked, looking to Drabheart, knowing clear well that he probably wouldn't answer her.

Pebbletail The gray con was pleasantly surprised when a group of cats headed by a big white tom came towards them. They must be fellow cons, for clearly the white one recognized Beetlepaw. She wondered who he might be, and was somewhat surprised when he got right in her face. Pebbletail almost hissed in alarm, but something held her back. Maybe it was those big blue eyes looking at her with...she couldn't quite put her whisker on it...a kind of innocence, somehow. Like there was something he did not and could never know, for some reason. Oh shut up, she snapped at herself mentally. So, after a moment's pause, she sniffed back at him, doing it almost comically. She ran through the names she'd just been told...this must be Frozenheart! It was the only name that might describe a big white cat like this. Just to be sure, she asked. She hated calling cats by the wrong names. "You're Frozenheart, aren't you? Pleased to meet your face." The she-cat surprised herself. It wasn't like her to make jokes. What? And she was being friendly and not sarcastic. There was something odd going on here. She also remembered he was deaf. Oh well, it must not make a difference, or Beetlepaw wouldn't have let him join the Rebellion. Although she realized what she had just said was probably meaningless to him. Oops. Drabheart Oh, gosh. New cats to meet. Probably part of the Rebellion, if Frozenheart was friendly with the she-cats, as he seemed to be. One of whom was presumably Beetlepaw. Well, hopefully. "Hi, who are you all? Oh, and I'm Drabheart. Frozenheart and Rainstripe and I just met and they told me about the Rebellion and I want to join." He said in a friendly way to the trio.

Rainstripe nodded, pleased to see Beetlepaw again. "Look!" She meowed proudly, flicking her gaze from Drabheart to Pebbletail and then back to Beetlepaw. "I got two new members! And the best part is Drabheart can be our new negotiator! Those Clanners don't stand a chance against someone as smart as him!" When she was excited, Rainstripe tended to revert to a kitlike state, bouncing around and yelling out her opinions, the complete opposite of her regular self. Of course, she usually wasn't surrounded by a group of cats who could all be called her friends.
The Other was getting restless. It paced back and forth in her mind, waiting for a weakness in the mental wall that held it back. She realized what it was doing and immediately felt nervous. What if it broke through while she was talking to Beetlepaw or Pebbletail or Drabheart, those who didn't know about what had happened. Controlling it had become a little easier, but somehow Rainstripe knew that it wasn't because she had improved at controlling it; it was just waiting until the right moment to attack. A shiver ran down her spine as it fixed its eyes on Drabheart, who she knew had the least amount of fighting experience.

Bronzefoot tried to ignore the pang of hunger that shot through his stomach. He hadn't been on a rat hunt in a while, which was unusual for him. But he was seeking a certain someone - Beetlepaw, and her rebellion. While he expected this group of cats to be one entirely different from the one he was searching for, he looked over all the cats from a distance anyways. And then he knew, a grin shooting up on his face. This was the cat he was looking for.
He approached the group, but his attention was on Beetlepaw. When he faced her, his words were casual. "Hey Beetlepaw," he meowed. "I'm Bronzefoot. Do you remember me? I'm still interested in joining.. what were you calling it? The Rebellion."
Looking at the cats around him, he recognized a couple, but none of the others were in the Experiment. He would be a valuable asset.
---
Also approaching the Rebellion group was a certain she-cat named Frailheart. She saw new cats and old, and to her pleasure, she did not see Grimykit around.
She padded into the group, nodding hello to Frozenheart and Beetlepaw, the only cats she really remembered out of this group. This day was getting better and better. Perhaps they would think of some good ideas to bring down the Clanners and their darned Experiment. She certainly hoped so.

Frozenheart nodded, confirming his identity to Pebbletail, who -- has he had suspected -- didn't seem half bad, and when Frailheart came along, he had to give her a welcome rub. He hadn't seen her in a while. She hadn't gotten into any more trouble, had she? He searched her eyes but couldn't tell.
A brown tom entered his peripheral vision, distracting him. Frozenheart might've met Bronzefoot before, but he didn't remember him, his mind on Frailheart's close call with Grimykit. Who was this? He narrowed his eyes -- he had seen this guy with Woodstripe's experiment. What was he doing here? The white tom didn't notice his hackles rising as he looked to Beetlepaw for answers.

The other rebels appeared almost suddenly, with Frozenheart in the lead. Shadestream recognized everyone except for the cats who appeared to be wanting to join, like Pebbletail. The Rebellion was certainly becoming more popular... perhaps one day they would have enough cats to overthrow the Experiment. With that thought in mind, the black she-cat dipped her head toward her fellow felines and murmured a small "Hi."

Rainstripe looked over at the two cats she didn't know, the tom, Bronzefoot, and the pale she-cat whose name she didn't know. The Other, of course, unsheathed her claws and raised the fur along her spine, but she forced it to comply, promising it with gory murders of all the Clanners if it just let her take control during this meeting. It finally relinquished its control over her, though she actually didn't intend to kill the Clanners. Killing was the last thing she wanted to do, but the Other didn't need to know that.

Beetlepaw was honestly a little overwhelmed by the amount of cats that had shown up now. Well, it was a lot of them to her, anyways. One.. Two.. Three.. Four.. Wait, she'd lost her place. She shrugged at the thought and looked up at Drabheart, then to Rainstripe, then back to Drabheart. "If you're as smart as Rainstripe says, you could definitely prove to be a good addition to the Rebellion," she said simply, then nodded. "So yeah, join. I'd be glad to have you. I'm Beetlepaw, by the way."
She glanced over just in time to see Frailheart and Bronzefoot show up. "Hi, Br-" she cut herself off as she felt another cat's eyes on her and turned to see Frozenheart. She blinked, not expecting him to look so.. Well, she couldn't think of the right word, but she figured that he didn't appreciate Bronzefoot's presence that much. She laughed, shaking her head. "Ah, Whitey. Calm down, yeah? It's just Bronzefoot." She gazed over to the brown tom. "Yeah, yeah! I remember!" she said excitedly, but then tried to calm herself down a little. She didn't look much like a leader of the Rebellion if she seemed so.. kit-like.
"Yes, it's the Rebellion," she said, having managed to sound a little more mature. "Of course, I think you should definitely join - the more cats, the better."

OOC: Pebble and Rain already met, remember? -pokes so what's your story rp which she FINALLY remembered to reply to- I am shamingly lazy. :C
Drabheart
Oh wow. Lots of things happening. But Beetlepaw'd accepted him! This was great! He smiled, feeling more accomplished than he had in a while.
But there was this whole business with this cat named Bronzefoot...Frozenheart sure seemed to have a problem with him for some reason. He wasn't saying why, but Drabheart had already suspected that Frozenheart was one of those cats who didn't talk much, but showed a lot.
And hey, another cat...Frailheart, wasn't she? He could swear he'd met her once.
"Hi there." He said to her in a friendly way.
