I don't do it because then I have to listen to them. Plus it's not nice.

People generally like meaningful names that also sound pretty? ^^; *scans back through older character names--old names are ooooold* Rabbitfoot, Sparrowtail, Flowerseed, Soilpelt, Weedpaw, Sweetpaw, Honeyfang, Mapleleaf, Amberclaw, Boulderpelt, Rainpelt, Lunarflight, Icestorm, Duskstar (previously -fur), Emeraldheart, Junipertail, Cheetahkit, Boragekit, Slippingfoot, Indigofur, Fallingleaf, Clawtail, Shiningflower, Stripedfoot, Waterdroplet, Solarpelt, Riverflow, Burdockleaf, Twopaw, Threestripe, Silverear-- Is Silverear somewhat justified in that it was played for laughs and he was often taunted for it? xD Anyway. Extremely long list. Most of them make no sense with a few being laughable--namely Emeraldheart, Riverflow, Flowerseed, and Silverear--for the reason that I'd run out of ideas for names and didn't really consider logic/appearance/meaning. I'd thought that they sounded nice, though from time to time I'd look back, change the suffix to -kit, and think, "Wut." Most of those are unimportant characters that I put little to no thought into. ._. So...yes. Go and laugh at the 12-year-old Nat's terrible naming skills.

My old ones were pretty bad too. Brightshadow, Embersmoke, Yellowlight, Mapleleaf, Mottledstone, Leafpelt, Flashwind ...e-e

I never had that many characters, but I had an Icewing that the Erins copied exactly. While I admit that it's a horrible name, it's creepy how much they copied my character. Icewing was a white she-cat from Riverclan with green eyes. A few years later, they have Icewing, a white she-cat with green eyes in Riverclan.

Now I want a cat called Frostbite.
It's funny when you come up with something and spot it later on in some 'official' product. -has witnessed such a thing several times before-

Actually, the human sub-concious has the ability to predict the future. Or so some people say. Hence, deja-vu. 83

Hrm. I've never had a deja vu moment, but perhaps it's more that our subconcious realizes the more subtle workings of things around us and makes predictions based on what its current observations and prior knowledge....hmmm.....

I thought deja vu was remembering something that didn't happen.
