"Shortwhisker is small and black and white. Also, he's very annoying. That's all you really need to know about him," Frailheart meowed with a shrug. After a moment of consideration, she added, "Bosses are the kinds who actually want to be leader. Some of them wish to be the one cats look up to, while others are power-hungry. Those are bosses, whether they actually are the 'boss' or not. Woodstripe is probably a boss, and there are others, too. The mini-Clan would probably have a deputy, seeing as there was one in the old Clan."

She paused for a moment, then meowed, "As for your last question, a good way to attract a lot of cats would be a fight, although it might be dangerous for two of us to stage a fight."

[Ten]

The tabby tom raised his tail and bounced about as if he were just the little kit his name bespoke. "I'll stage a fight! Pick me! I'll do it!"

[moddy]

"Alright," Beetlepaw mewed to Frailheart. "That clears quite a bit of things up. So, do you think that Woodstripe would have chosen a 'deputy' for the mini-clan yet? If she has, we should be on the look out for that cat."

She blinked. "A fight?" She repeated. "Well, yeah, that would work. Although, I don't think that we should actually injure each other. Just... fake it. Or maybe just give a few minor scratches." She nodded.

The tabby snorted. "Alright, Grimykit. If you really want to." She then spoke again, "During this fight, if a few of the mini-clanners show up, we'll need the spy ready and such. Just so he or she can be ready to go and 'join' the mini-clan. Also, we need another cat to participate in the 'fight' with Grimykit. Anyone else want to step up?" She asked every cat.

Frailheart shook her head. "From my understanding, they will elect a cat to be leader and a cat to be deputy. At least, that's what I always heard happened in the real Clan."

Looking around the group, Frailheart meowed, "So, a spy and someone to pretend to fight Grimykit. The spy should be one who Woodstripe isn't familiar with, hopefully. And whoever should help stage the fight should be graceful, so that they don't accidentally hurt Grimykit."

[Ten]

"Think ya messed up there, Wimpyheart," the tom remarked, stretching. He could forgive a simple slip of the tongue. "Whatcha mean is, I'z oughta be careful not ta hurt nobody. An' I still think yer good enough fer a spy. Woodstripe dun really understand cons don't change, I tells ya."

"I'd be willing to 'elp with the fight," Orangestorm declared, in a rather bored voice. "'Owever, I can't guarantee I'll not give 'im a scratch or two." The shadows of a smirk appeared at the corner of his mouth.

After a second or two, he added, "I would be 'appy to be the spy. I've 'ardly ever spoken to 'er and the many times she's popped up in a chat concerning me she's never really taken no notice of me, me usually leaving."

"Alright. I do agree with Grimykit on that one," she nodded. "Woodstripe does seem like she's the type of cat who wouldn't suspect anything if you supposedly changed your mind about a clan. Although, just to be on the safe side..." She glanced over at Orangestorm.

"Since she doesn't seem to know you that well, I think that the best choice would be to go with you. Since you have said you wouldn't mind being the spy, no? Because, in that case, if you accept, all we need is a component for Grimykit." She nodded and then continued.

"And that component would have to be someone graceful. Someone... with the word 'stream' in their last name. Stream does mean 'graceful', yes?" She looked over at Shadestream, obviously referring to this cat. "Hmm? I do recall your name having 'stream' in it. You wouldn't mind volunteering for the fight, would you?" Beetlepaw asked, not really expecting her to say no, anyways.

"And, Grimykit," she rolled her eyes. "I'm pretty sure her name's Frailheart, not Wimpyheart, you silly cricket."

"Aw, I ain't silly," Grimykit mewed with a dismissive flick of his paw. "I wuz jus' makin' fun of her, anyhow. It'z a funny name, ya know. Frailheart." He snickered. "But yeah, somebody oughta step up and fight me already."

"Orangestorm as our spy, and Shadestream as Grimykit's fake opponent," Frailheart repeated, pointedly ignoring Grimykit. "Do you two have any problem with that?" Her eyes swept over the rest of the 'rebellion', and Frailheart felt almost excited.

They were actually going to do something to stop all this.

[Thistle]

Inky lips curled up into a pleased smile. "Sure," she meowed, her answer directed to Beetlepaw. The black feline suddenly paused.
"Will the whole scheme be faked or are we supposed to harm each other?"
