"I don't mind," Dingypaw replied politely. "I'm glad you've decided to join the experiment, Redstream. I'm anxious for it to begin." She conviently left out the fact that the main reason she was glad was because once the miniature Clan began, she would get fed on a regular basis, the way it was in Riverclan. "So, Woodstripe, I think Redstream's the only one here. Where should we go next?"

[Darky [Megan]]

"I said your name," Redstream put in, nodding politely at Dingypaw. "I've heard of your experiment, Woodstripe, and I'd like to participate! My name is Redstream."

Redstream could recall a point in time where she had already introduced herself to the cat, however, she supposed Woodstripe had met far too many cats already to recognise her.

[Thistle]

Batkit gave a little bounce of hope; if Redstream was accepted into the experiment, that meant that only one more cat would need to be found. Then...
Batkit paused in thought.
Well, that was up to Woodstripe. Would they get even more cats to join in, vote for their leader, or call a meeting for all the cats in the enclosure?
That was exactly what he asked.

"What will we do once we get enough cats?" questioned Batkit. "Will we find more cats or vote for our leader? Or are we gonna call a meeting for all the cats in this place?"

ooc I think this group of cats should head on over the the 'Cannibalism' thread to the fake fight to start up some drama.

[Ten]

"Excellent, Redstream. What a pleasant surprise. I do think I recall speaking with you not long ago," Woodstripe meowed, also remembering that this cat was not as sane as most. She would keep that in mind. However, it would be best not to draw attention to the fact.

"Not counting Patchfur, we have now amassed eight cats. When we reach ten, we must gather together for further planning and, if all are ready, leader nominations. Please admit into the expiriment any more cats you find who express an interest in joining. Now, if you will excuse me, I would like to seek out Patchfur to convince him to continue his participation." The tabby dipped her head and padded away.

ooc| Good idea, Darky, though as you can see Woodstripe won't be among them.

Dingypaw rolled her eyes. "I don't think Patchfur is coming back anytime soon. He was really angry when he stormed off like that. Personally, I think we should find two more cats and forget about Patchfur. He and Shortwhisker obviously don't get along, and that won't be useful in the Clan. If he doesn't want to participate, too bad. It's his loss," she meowed.

Redstream nodded satisfactorily, a smile coming to her face. A genuine smile it was this time, of pure pleasure. Finally she would be part of something important, something life-changing ...

She was drawn out of her daydream when the sound of a scuffle made her perk her ears. She swiveled her head and located the source of the noise - there seemed to be a gathering of cats a way off to her right, crowding around something. Amongst the many faces she could see a brilliantly orange tabby that had a coat very similar to hers ...

"Looks like something is happening over there," she commented to the other cats.

ooc D'aww - Woodstripe's supposed to be the trigger to get everything rolling over there. >8

ooc| They can manage without her. She doesn't want herself to seem like a boss, and besides, she's a bit of a peacemaker. I'd rather give everyone a chance to make a big fuss without her there to settle them down.

Batkit swiveled his small head around, following the older she-cat's gaze. Many cats were crowded together, obviously watching something interesting, or they probably wouldn't be in such a tight cluster.

"What's that?" he asked, not really expecting an answer. "Should we go over there and see?"

Dingypaw couldn't really see what they were talking about. To her old eyes, it looked like a blur of multicolored fur with an orange blob in the middle. "Can someone tell me what's going on?" she asked, confused. "I can't see very well..."
