Somehow the person was unaware that cats have retractable(/extendable) claws and that removing all fur (plus skin) would only cause the cat pain rather than improve claw performance and that it'd be rather difficult to rip out fur and that if a cat did rip out its fur, it would grow back and that if you remove skin that place will bleed and then scab over and become skin again...?
It's so silly when people try to make their characters sound dangerous and cool.
