I give... i don't really want to be on this site all that badly... Sorry... the amount of time Ive had to put into answeruing questions is too much.
BTW. Some things I noticed that may need some clarification in the plot.
-Specify that no cat is allowed to find an exit.
-take out riddled with mistakes... it makes it seem like an exit is plausible.
-how can rats enter but cats cant expand on these?
-Why do cats figure that escape is imppossible if they can see sunlight?
-how can two cans seal off the exit but a whole clan can't figure out how to exit.
-just a guesstimate on the size of the area that was created. When I first pictured it I was thinking cats could just barely fit in. But in the rps it sounds pretty spacious...
-If they were tired of giving in to starclans plans( ie flooding and such) why dont they see much of that now. Suerly they have been there for a while and some of the soil would have eroded by now, causing either a collapse of the whole structure or an exit.
-also if its made of wood as well then it creates another delema. With waer seeping in how has it not rotted yet?

"I give... i don't really want to be on this site all that badly... Sorry... the amount of time Ive had to put into answeruing questions is too much." -- Ah, that's unfortunate, but I know not everyone wants to put effort into developing a character.
"-Specify that no cat is allowed to find an exit." -- I figure I give enough implications of that in the Lifestyle thread, and if people want to ask or if people assume otherwise, it's not a big deal.
"-take out riddled with mistakes... it makes it seem like an exit is plausible." -- hm... I see how someone might get that idea.
"-how can rats enter but cats cant expand on these?" -- Assuming you're asking how rats can enter but cats can't leave, the cats are too big for any of the cracks. Most adult rats are stuck, too.
"-Why do cats figure that escape is imppossible if they can see sunlight?" -- The same reason you can see stars at night but know that jumping up and down won't get you to them.
"-how can two cans seal off the exit but a whole clan can't figure out how to exit. " -- Assuming you mean cats and not cans, well, they just... did? I'm not understanding how you meant this question. The majority of the enclosure had been built, and so the leader and deputy put on the finishing touches. The Clan couldn't find a way out after that because there isn't one.
"-just a guesstimate on the size of the area that was created." -- It's big. Something like a sports field size. The beginning of the plot refers to it as a new territory, so that's got to encompass a lot of space for hunting and all that.
"When I first pictured it I was thinking cats could just barely fit in. But in the rps it sounds pretty spacious..." -- It is.
"-If they were tired of giving in to starclans plans" -- Huh? What do you mean?
"Suerly they have been there for a while and some of the soil would have eroded by now," -- A while, yes; centuries, no.
"-also if its made of wood as well then it creates another delema. With waer seeping in how has it not rotted yet?" -- One, it's made from more than just wood, and two, biotic material in the desert has a slow decay rate.
I'm hoping you'll give me further input (though I am grateful for what you've asked so far) and please, don't hesitate to try again for a character here if you feel like it.

"I give... i don't really want to be on this site all that badly... Sorry... the amount of time Ive had to put into answeruing questions is too much." -- Ah, that's unfortunate, but I know not everyone wants to put effort into developing a character. ****its not even that. Ive got some other sites that i took more of a liking to. this one was moreonthe side and thats not really fair to the people on this site.
"-Specify that no cat is allowed to find an exit." -- I figure I give enough implications of that in the Lifestyle thread, and if people want to ask or if people assume otherwise, it's not a big deal. *****Yeah its kind of an assumption but im wondering if you will ever change it so that those cats when they are attempting that it is plausable... asuming this site is maintained years later.
"-take out riddled with mistakes... it makes it seem like an exit is plausible." -- hm... I see how someone might get that idea. *******this is the point that made me think escape was definitely possibleeven if it was difficult.
"-how can rats enter but cats cant expand on these?" -- Assuming you're asking how rats can enter but cats can't leave, the cats are too big for any of the cracks. Most adult rats are stuck, too. *****ok I haven't seen anywhere tat explains that. If you put in a FAQ and added in the good structured questions like some of these. Even if they are as simple as Q: is escape possible A: No
"-Why do cats figure that escape is imppossible if they can see sunlight?" -- The same reason you can see stars at night but know that jumping up and down won't get you to them. ***but we do have people who strive to reach them. Many of the things said make it seem as though the cats are not aware of the outer world. Only what they see. But to have sunlight seen would be enough to keep many sane. (as most are) and it would also be that thing to strive for.
***once again quick typing failure. If you were to add something like they kicked over the peak so that it created a sort of rock slide that closed it off. Some sort ofdetail to it so that its not like they moved a giant boulder that is now for some reason unmovable. Another example is a rut was dug and now that a giant boulder has been put in itit is difficult to move. Not only are they moving it but even if it did move it a bit there is still a chance that it would sink back into place. something like that... kind of like when a tire gets stuck in a pot hole.
"-just a guesstimate on the size of the area that was created." -- It's big. Something like a sports field size. The beginning of the plot refers to it as a new territory, so that's got to encompass a lot of space for hunting and all that. ******ok sounds lke its been covered and I missed it... OK
"When I first pictured it I was thinking cats could just barely fit in. But in the rps it sounds pretty spacious..." -- It is. *******noted.
"-If they were tired of giving in to starclans plans" -- Huh? What do you mean? ****** Unexpected things like floods, droughts... i came to a complete hault on my thinking process.... plans was the best work I could think of lol. What I mean is how they were only able to make life out of what happened to them. They were helpless against floods that even starclan didnt predict. Thinking that starclan had abbandoned them. (seeing as starclan used to be the messengers of such tragedies...) know what im trying to say?
"Suerly they have been there for a while and some of the soil would have eroded by now," -- A while, yes; centuries, no. *******ok... generations would still allow for some... so once again im comming to the pointwhere Im asking if the situation will be updated as years go on.
"-also if its made of wood as well then it creates another delema. With waer seeping in how has it not rotted yet?" -- One, it's made from more than just wood, and two, biotic material in the desert has a slow decay rate. *******ok they are the old riverclan. So I was assuming there would be a river area somewhere. So this is where this came from. I was thinking the inside was like a desert based on the fact that the rock and sand are conductors and allow for extreme heating and cooling. But I was thinking the outside (real) world was still slightly lush.
I'm hoping you'll give me further input (though I am grateful for what you've asked so far) and please, don't hesitate to try again for a character here if you feel like it. *********yeah I will so please just keep this account for a while until this thread kinda withers away <3

"its not even that." -- Of course it is, at least in part.
"Ive got some other sites that i took more of a liking to. this one was moreonthe side and thats not really fair to the people on this site." -- mm, you're right. Stick to what you're most interested in.
"Yeah its kind of an assumption but im wondering if you will ever change it so that those cats when they are attempting that it is plausable... asuming this site is maintained years later." -- Maybe. Maybe not. We won't know any time soon.
"Q: is escape possible A: No" -- Good idea.
"but we do have people who strive to reach them." -- Not by jumping up and down, miss.
"Many of the things said make it seem as though the cats are not aware of the outer world." -- It's more like they don't care about it. Some, such as Bronzefoot, don't believe it exists.
"it would also be that thing to strive for." -- Most are striving to reform the Clan. Political stability and survival is more important to them than trivial fantasies.
"they moved a giant boulder that is now for some reason unmovable." -- I was imagining it as being at the top of the enclosure. That'd make it hard to get to and harder to push off.
"They were helpless against floods that even starclan didnt predict. Thinking that starclan had abbandoned them. (seeing as starclan used to be the messengers of such tragedies...) know what im trying to say?" -- mm... They were tired of being at the mercy of nature, I think the plot says. StarClan was just made up by the medicine cat to control minds.
"So I was assuming there would be a river area somewhere." -- Somewhere, yes; inside the enclosure, no.... though I might add a board for a streambed that sometimes has tributary water in it.
"But I was thinking the outside (real) world was still slightly lush." -- Nope. The outside is a desert too.
"please just keep this account for a while" -- Will do.

"but we do have people who strive to reach them." -- Not by jumping up and down, miss. ****hell no... But they aren't just staring at the holes hoping they explode to create openings. They to would have to put in some work.
"Many of the things said make it seem as though the cats are not aware of the outer world." -- It's more like they don't care about it. Some, such as Bronzefoot, don't believe it exists. *****At all or thats its not possible?
-- Most are striving to reform the Clan. Political stability and survival is more important to them than trivial fantasies. *****I wouldnt even say trivial. If they could get out they could keep the enclosure as a den... so long as the opening was maintained... And the outside world would allow for some healing herbs and possibly more food. Plus cats who have died could get proper burials. Even if escape was difficult it could be well worth it.
"they moved a giant boulder that is now for some reason unmovable." -- I was imagining it as being at the top of the enclosure. That'd make it hard to get to and harder to push off. hmmmm... Im not sure about that. If its on the eak its a matter of pushing it evena bit just to make it roll off. But this would also lead to the question of how the two managed to roll it uphill. It might be hard to explain...
-- mm... They were tired of being at the mercy of nature, I think the plot says. StarClan was just made up by the medicine cat to control minds. ****yep thats what i was getting at. Hit it right on the head of the nail.
-- Somewhere, yes; inside the enclosure, no.... though I might add a board for a streambed that sometimes has tributary water in it. ****that would be neat. But I think youd need to open and close it as it comes into season...
-- Nope. The outside is a desert too. ******makes much more sense...
Will do. *******awesome

"But they aren't just staring at the holes hoping they explode to create openings. They to would have to put in some work." -- There's nothing cats can do.
"At all or thats its not possible?" -- You can ask Gosh.
"If they could get out" -- They can't.
"And the outside world would allow for some healing herbs and possibly more food." -- It also has many unknown dangers.
"If its on the eak its a matter of pushing it evena bit just to make it roll off." -- They can't get up there, much less get the leverage to move it.
"how the two managed to roll it uphill." -- It's just a rock.
"But I think youd need to open and close it as it comes into season..." -- Cats can still come to a dry streambed. The reason I haven't made it yet, though, is I don't know what the use of it would be. All the current boards are centered around a particular type of interaction. What would cats do at a stream, besides drink?
