Spiderpaw's Campaign {The Experiment}

At Dingypaw's gesture, Barkpaw padded to her left. She seemed a very organized she-cat, designating those who were hunting and those who weren't. He waited in his spot for others to join him.

"Excellent!" Redstream said, glad Spiderpaw liked her new name. "Spiderstripe will be your new name from now on. Congratulations. Spiderstripe." She smiled brightly at the leader, then turned. "Has the hunting party been decided upon, then?"

Speckledclaw quietly shuffled over to the place Dingypaw indicated, beside Barkpaw.

Patchfur walked over to where Speckledclaw and Barkpaw were standing. So far the hunting expedition was looking good. Hopefully Shortwhisker wouldn't mess it up. Patchfur looked over the other two cats that would be hunting with him. He didn't know them very well, but he didn't have anything against them either.

[Gosh]

Spiderstripe beamed at her deputy, then turned to the hunting party. "Alright, so that's.. Speckledclaw, Barkpaw, Patchfur, and Shortwhisker. Does anyone else wish to go hunting?" She considered going hunting herself, but decided that she would stay here and help organize other things. Another day, I will. I don't want anyone to think that I think I'm too good for hunting now that I'm the leader.

"Spiderstripe, you should come with us," Patchfur asked in a friendly meow. He wanted to make sure the power hadn't gone to her head. True, it was only a temporary thing, but you never know. The most calm, level-headed cat could become a psychotic dictator corrupted by power.
