Actually, I think she is seeing a thousand bleeding lizard tails in her mind. At least that's the vision I got when she said she was extremely disturbed.

True, that could be a gruesome image, but I assumed that she would have read the faq to know that LT stands for lizard tail, meaning she would understand that LTs are the name of our currency, not actual body parts.
