Can a cat change it's views? Would you put it in the bio?

Yes, with good reason, a cat can change his or her views,
and yes, bios should be accurate and up-to-date.

I mean they can't say, "Okay, I'm going to change my mind now" out of the blue. They have to be persuaded or encounter something that would change their thinking.
You would say in the History section that the character used to think one thing, but then something happened, and it caused them to change to what they are now.
