Idiots [RL]

I'm disappointed that my school has such a fair amount of idiots silly people roaming its halls. Not to seem superior or anything, but some of those people .... There's just no other word to describe them, y'know?

My school, like most schools, has a website in which us students have to do projects on. One day I decided to make use of its forums for once, and apparently my school website, unknown to me at the time, sent out emails of my post to all of the students in my level. Because we're all working on the same project.

True to the illiterate people that they are, they probably didn't see that the SCHOOL sent out the emails and I got a lot of freaked out replies from ignorant people asking me how and why I got their emails and emailed them. I had to do a fair bit of clearing up and questioning, and I even put notices in my posts asking people to delete such emails if they weren't related to the topic.

... But I still got angry replies. -.- And what was more - I got a few pretty stupid emails from a person I dislike. His replies were immature and idiotic.

"STOP SENDING ME E-MAIL LA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
FREAK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

A few seconds ago I was contemplating replying.

I decided it wasn't worth it.

This particular person is a sporty bandwagon-type of guy, and for the past two years I have had the misfortune to share classes with him. Because I was such a wimp back then, I let them make fun of my surname to a point where it had spread to be some kind of joke-disease and I had people hiding their faces and running away at the mere sight of me. (Fortunately we're in different classes this year but he's still doing this)

I'm happy to forgive and forget, but old wounds don't close easily ...
I'm pretty sad that the people around my age here behave similarly to this fellow, but guiltily smug that this bully's dumb as can be, at any rate.

I try not to hold grudges anyhow, and for the most part I've ignored all witty takes at my surname, but everytime I see this guy with his troupe of people I feeling like squeezing their heads. >_<;

Oh yes.

I'm thankful that, since the beginning of summer, many moments with my classmates have faded from my memory, but I do recall the emotions they incited.

This is a bit on a different note, yet still brings me dismay:
Every year the state government issues a standardized test with a bunch of rules and regulations and yada ya and we have to stay in one assigned room for most of the morning, either taking the test or waiting for other people to finish taking the test. When everyone in our room had finished, we couldn't leave until all of the other rooms had finished, so our proctor began to talk to us about one of our required reading books. He asked us what we thought about it and tried to start a discussion - it wasn't an amazing book, I'll admit, but it did raise some interesting points which are worth some conversation.

I think I was the only one who didn't say or think something along the lines of, "This isn't classtime. We don't have to listen to you."

It's not that the guy wanted us to work because he's a mean little teacher.
He wanted us to think.
I for one enjoy thinking, and I beg your pardon for disliking that others differ from me in that aspect.

We have standardized tests as well, and in my grade, we had a writing test. So to prepare us, our teachers replaced English class with a creative writing workshop. The problem was, they sent all English classes in one period to the same room. So they mixed the advanced and regular classes. Now, I'm in the advanced class, and the first day we got to choose our seats. Of course, I sat with my friends. And of course, the idiots began talking a lot. So the next day we had assigned seats, and I got stuck with one kid from my class I barely knew and two regular class people. Whenever we had assignments, they never did any of the work unless we (me and the other advanced kid) came up with the idea and basically did everything except write it down on their paper. Sometimes we got so infuriated with their stupidity that the two of us did all the work, which was actually faster than waiting four years for them to come up with ideas. I'm not saying all regular class people are like that, but these ones were.
