So here was what I came up when I was creating my character, of whose name I'm still debating.
I know it says that RiverClan has no medicine cat, which is understandable. However, I was wondering if my character recieved very strange dreams that pictured him exploring the enigma beyond the walls of what he knows to be the world. These dreams become for frequent, and after a while he visits a dying elder who once lived beyond the very same walls. The elder tells him stories of this bizarre world, how the Clan ran itself, and even of a gifted cat who used herbs and other figments of nature to heal sick or injured Clan members. Upon asking who was responsible for this in the elder's own world, the elder solemnly tells the young warrior that she passed a long time ago. He then proceeds to become his own mentor in these arts, which not only proves to be a difficult taks, but also raises suspicion from his fellow warriors.
After figuring out that the poor supply of whatever plants existed in the enclosure, he discovers that using insects is an effective healing method. By now, though, I expect us to be far along into the roleplay. My character comes out of his expirimentation to basically "preach" his beliefs to the warriors about coming together and forming a strong clan, under the guidance of his new faith in StarClan. Which would probably cause a controversy due to the fact that you have fervent believers then you have the ones who are against clan-ism. It'd be like half a room of Christians mixed in with some atheists and agnostics, with the Christians trying to preach to the agnostics and the atheists not really trying to get the agnostics to believe what they do, but trying to get the Christians to shut their mouths.
Then the agnostics are like ;--;
The Christians are like e__e;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; !
Then the atheists are like !!!! DDDDDDDDD<
And so :
The neutral warriors are like ;--;
StarClan faithfuls are like e__e;;;;;;;;;;;; !
& the fend-for-your-self cats are like !!! DDDDDDDD<
:)
But I just thought I'd ask before finishing up the details on my character and giving him a name.
