At the moment, the staff workload is very light, but I'm worried about how much time I'll have in the fall. As such, I'd like to have some... backup, if you will. That way, if I can't come online for a while, I can rest easy knowing there's someone else keeping watch over the site
So, without further ado, here is the application form!
How long have you been at Starless? Your scribe profile already says when you joined, but make a note if you've gone on hiatus before (and how long that was), if you were a long-time lurker and ooc chatter before making an account, or anything else that your profile alone doesn't reveal.
How often can you be online? You might want to mention what other activities/responsibilities you have, or maybe a brief outline of your schedule, or explain how much free time you have for Starless in whatever manner you choose.
What are your qualifications? This could be past experience as a moderator on another forum, but it could be other things, too: maybe you have some coding experience, or maybe you're that person to whom all your friends bring their short stories for editing, or maybe you've edited a school newspaper before, or maybe you read psychology books for fun, or maybe you're a very friendly person who makes people feel comfortable, or whatever other skills you think Starless could use. Emphasize your strengths. Note that you don't have to put much here -- just getting a cat accepted on this site is a remarkable feat, and even if you don't have much to say beyond that, don't count yourself out just yet.
Why you? Why you want the job, why you think you'd be good for the job, how you would apply the qualifications listed, etc.
