Role player| Rebecca
_____
Name| Littlestorm
Gender| Littlestorm is a tom.
Physical Description| As his name states, Littlestorm is small in stature; if the Starless cats were clan cats, he would be called 'apprentice sized'. His pelt is a snowy white color with scattered dark gray patches; his tail is also a dark gray. Littlestorm's eye color is a simple dark green.
Views| Littlestorm is for a Clan and believes that a Clan should reform and highly recommends that there be a leader to guide them. However he believes that if there is to be any leader, it should be him and not anyone else. Littlestorm beleives this because he's fed himself this idea for so long. He has based this beleif on only what he's told himself from the time he started to notice Bleakclaw favoring Whitetail over him and refuses to believe that any other cat is more suited to lead. Although Whitetail confronted Littlestorm about this idea after Bleakclaw's death, Littlestorm rebuffed the notion that he was unfit to lead.
Kin| Bleakclaw; Father, deceased.
Whitetail; Brother, deceased.
Silverheart; Mother, deceased.
History| Littlestorm and his brother Whitetail were born to the irritable and arrogant tom, Bleakclaw, and his pretty mate, Silverheart. Littlestorm was a tiny kit, the runt of a small litter; because of this Littlestorm was looked down upon and labeled by his father as “little, tiny, and weak”. Bleakclaw insisted that Whitetail was the larger and “obviously stronger” of the two kits. Silverheart decided to name her smallest son Littlekit, after his size.
Littlestorm and Whitetail were trained by their father; however Bleakclaw focused more on Whitetail’s training than he did Littlestorm’s. It seemed that Bleakclaw favored Whitetail over Littlestorm, and Littlestorm noticed this every day. He quickly grew bitter, telling himself that Bleackclaw had no intellect in underestimating him and that one day he, Littlestorm, would show him and everyone else that he was better than them. They would respect him, even if it meant that they had to fear him. Feeding himself these ideas, Littlestorm began to think too highly of himself and started to question Bleakclaw’s training methods, especially those of hunting rats.
One day, Bleakclaw decided to take Littlestorm and Whitetail out on their first rat hunt. As Bleakclaw and Whitetail surveyed the area for potential prey, Littlestorm spotted an "old" rat a little ways away. Littlestorm pointed it out to his father and brother, and Bleakclaw told Whitetail and Littlestorm to start to go /slowly/ towards it. However, Littlestorm did not hear Bleakclaw's warning and started to run towards it, thinking that running to it and surprising it with a sudden attack would be the best method. Assuming that Littlestorm was going to frighten the rat and be attacked by it, Bleakclaw ordered Whitetail to chase after Littlestorm and to be ready to fight the rat, as he started to rush towards his youngest son.
As Littlestorm got closer to the "old" rat, he could see that it was not old but in fact a young mother. The mother saw Littlestorm, Bleakclaw, and Whitetail bounding towards her. She became frightened, and taking them as a threat, got ready to attack. Littlestorm saw this and started to skid to a halt, however the rat ran forward and leapt towards him. Littlestorm shut his eyes and prepared for the blow, but he found that it did not come. When he opened his eyes, Bleakclaw was standing in front of him with Whitetail at his side. The rat had sunk its teeth into Bleakclaw’s flank, and the tom was yowling in pain. Bleakclaw dug his claws into the rat and it released its hold of him.
Whitetail jumped on top of and bit hard down into the rat, trying to kill it. Littlestorm stared at Bleakclaw, dumbstruck as to why he would risk his life for Littlestorm, the smallest and weakest son. Perhaps Bleakclaw thought it would look as if he were a very noble and brave cat if he saved his son from a rat. Whitetail killed the rat, but the wound was infected. That night Bleakclaw died and Whitetail blamed Littlestorm for his death. Whitetail then confronted Littlestorm on his arrogance and stupidity, causing a wall to form between the two brothers. However Whitetail's outburst did little to change Littlestorm's ever enlarging ego. Their mother, Silverheart, oversaw the rest of their training. Soon after Whitetail and Littlestorm’s training was complete, Silverheart died of dehydration. Whitetail and Littlestorm grew apart and rarely spoke to one another, all the while Littlestorm thinking this was because Whitetail was jealous of him.
After a time, Littlestorm found out that Whitetail had met the same fate as Bleakclaw had: death by rat bite.
