Caption Contest

The first contest at Starless ever
because it took me a year before I considered trying one.
Here's hoping it'll turn out well.

[what's a caption contest?] A caption is a short message to accompany an image. For example, wikis like Wikipedia and Tvtropes put captions below their images. Lolcats put captions on top of their images. A caption contest is a competition to see who can come up with the funniest, wittiest, cleverest caption. Even if you don't think you'll win, you should enter anyway.

[prizes] This is a bit of an experimental run, it being the first time I've done this and all, but each scribe who enters will get 25 LTs. The winner will get an additional 75 (for a total of 100 LTs). You'll get your prize after the contest ends, which will be at the end of January 2010.
