Grimykit was well aware of the reverence some cats had for the dead, in particular after... recent events. Each time he blinked was a reminder that Speckledclaw had rendered his right eye out of order. As if that wasn't enough, he was still exhausted and bleeding, so he figured the best place to collapse would be between piles of bones.

"Beetlepaw!" he rasped, hoping to attract the attention of a cat in the rebellion, though anyone would do at this point. "Beetlepaw, where are you?"

He rolled back his head as he lay in the dust, groaning. He didn't know what he looked like, but he'd bet it was pitiful. Any cat nearby would find it difficult not to notice him. As soon as one did so, he could begin his plan.

The scrawny brown tabby really had no point to be in the bone yard, but she figured that their might be some cats out here, which could result in her finding fellow cons to invite into the rebellion. Although, Beetlepaw had never been fond of cats who lingered around here where the remains of their kin, former mate, or something like that were around. She just didn't like it and she had no particular reason. It was just a small irritation that she had not been able to figure out yet, but that wasn't the point.

She heard her name called and looked over in the direction that she heard the voice. Even if he hadn't called her name, she would have probably noticed him.. She wasn't sure if she should go over their or not, but ended up doing so anyways, since, well.. Quite frankly, she was bored. "Hmm?" she mewed as she padded over there slowly.

The purpose of this post isn't very much to provide interaction, but rather to confirm that Speckledclaw has indeed brought Branchkit to the Boneyard, so it's kinda useless, and I hope you guys'll forgive me for that. D: Although, I wonder why Grimykit chose to come to the Boneyard anyway, seeing as he knew Speckledclaw was headed here.

Quite a far way off, Speckledclaw finally managed to drag the remnants of Branchkit's corpse to her intended destination. She placed the cat reasonably far into the Boneyard, wishing to spare other cats the grisly sight of her mangled body but close enough for any relatives the dead she-cat might have to identify her by scent, if need be.

Speaking about scent, Speckledclaw could clearly smell Grimykit's. The stench of his blood wasn't as rich in her nose as it had been a while ago, but it was still unmistakeable. Speckledclaw had enough of violence for today, however, and left the Boneyard quickly to find a quiet spot where she could clean herself properly.

Frailheart was tired, and she found herself wearily padding to the Boneyard. Perhaps she could try to find her brother and father.. but no, such a thing was fruitless. And..hey, what was that?

The yellow she-cat padded closer, making sure to avoid the corpses and piles of bones. The gruesome shape wasn't recognizable until she was quite close, and she couldn't help gasping a little. "Grimykit? What in the walls?"

It was Grimykit, all right. Someone had torn him up bad - he probably deserved it, part of her thought, and she couldn't entirely discredit this thought; Grimykit was a dirty, foul cat who didn't seem to have any good qualities. But it was hard to loath a cat in such a sorry state. And she wasn't called Frailheart for nothing.

"Beetlepaw! Frailface! So glad y'all is here! Listen - this Clanner - this crazy Clanner named Speckledclaw - she attacked me! She did this ta me! Cuz a her, I'z bleedin' an' half-blind! I'd always knowed Clanners was dirtfaces, but look at me!" He gave them both a plaintive look, green eye shining. "Should Clanners be able ta get away wi' this?"

Frailheart would've scowled at the 'Frailface' thing, but Grimykit's other words called her attention. "This.. Speckledclaw attacked you for no reason?" she meowed with a frown. What would Grimykit have done to warrant such a thing?

Well, actually, now that the yellow she-cat thought about it, she could think of a few things. But she was already thinking, Hey, we could use this to our advantage.. show them that Clanners can be bloodthirsty too... but she then frowned as she realized that the fact that it was Grimykit whose wounds they would be parading would probably sour the whole thing.

"She was pressin' her beliefs on me, I tells ya. I was mindin' my own business and wham! Scratches me up somethin' awful! All this jus' 'cuz she thinks I'm doin' somethin' wrong." His tone was urgent, in part because Frailheart's mistrust was worrying him.

Yeah, I hate him too. If his plan works, though, there should be more fighting in the future. Speaking of which, how about Orangestorm comes along?

Orangestorm didn't quite know why he was headed for the Boneyard, but it was most likely because he needed to relax after being involved in so many Clannerly things. He was prepared to sink onto the sand and think for a bit before setting off to find other members of the Rebellion, but as he neared, he heard voices.

Grunting in annoyance, he padded onward anyway and to his brief surprise, quickly realised that they were just the cats he was looking for.

"Hello," he murmured, pushing himself into the group, and stopping when he saw Grimykit. "... What in the walls have you been up to?"
