Even though this is hypothetical and neither of us can know, I don't think any of our current characters care enough about orientation to kill over it, and being straight can have actual... results, if you know what I mean, which is why he would earn more hate than if he were to hit on toms.

Yes, but in order for a stone to be big enough to crush a cat it would have to leave a significant hole in the enclosure.

But if the stone was the size of say, a fist, and landed on a cat's head, the rock would kill him, right? Or just knock him unconcious...?

I'm not knowledgeable on how easy it is to kill a cat with a blunt object. Either way, if that showed up in a bio, even if it were acceptable, I would laugh.

mmm... I don't know. I've never thought about it, as it's something of a general idea in my mind. How tall do you think it should be, at its peak? Six feet? Twelve feet? Twenty feet?

If it's tall enough to hold bats without the cats giving them much thought, it's probably at least ten to fifteen feet, at which height they would blend in completely with the darkness. That's probably a high enough drop for a stone to kill a cat. (For those who use the metric system, that's about three to five meters.)

Well there are plenty of other animals with homosexual tendencies. Not too long ago even there was a case in a zoo in Germany where a young elephant that was purchased to be in a breeding program actually preferred male companions. It was quite interesting really, the board directors for the zoo were quite angry that they had spent so much money on an elephant that they could not breed. There was another case in a German zoo not far away where a homosexual penguin couple successfully raised and hatched an egg.
Members of the Dolphin and whale family have also been known to have homosexual companions. Not to mention primates such as chimpanzees do the same thing as well.
