Well, my choice of the prefix Amber- was simply 'cos it had a nice ring to it. ^^

Attraction at first sight?
How about they met at a hunt and Sandpaw helped kill the prey? They shared it and had a short conversation, which sparked an interest in one another, then they began wandering around together more and eventually became close. Amberkit could've followed soon after that.

If you're referring to what's in the bio, I don't think I will, because I think it shows how important Amberkit was to Sandpaw and Blackclaw.

He probably was, at first. But I guess the topic of minding your own business came up in one way or another, and Blackclaw, happy to have found someone who shared his beliefs, decided to start hanging around her.

The name is pretty much the identity of the kit, so both.

I also said that he was as rude to her as he was to other cats in the beginning. They became friends after the rat hunt.

Minding you own business as in their shared belief that keeping their noses out of other cats' things kept them out of trouble.

This still looks strange, as the ginger is the only color, with none to differentiate it from. Besides, there's only one other cat here named Ginger- anything.
