ooc| Thank you, Skyriver. =3 bic|
Grimykit extended his claws and thumped harder with his back paws at Slatefoot's gut. As he did so, his front paws lost their grip and he felt fangs graze his forehead. Yowling in pain, a salty, red liquid dripped into his mouth. He thrust his front paws back into Slatefoot's face, trying to push him away again.

Orangestorm nodded his head at Bronzefoot. "That reason enough for you? What's your name, anyhow, she-cat?" He said, adding the question in after a bit.

"I suppose that's good enough," the light she-cat mumbled, glancing from Bronzefoot to Orangestorm. It really was only half reasonable but she detested conflict. Swinging her head around to the fight, she stifled a squeak. They shouldn't tear each other to bits as it wasn't very polite. "I'm Harepaw. And yourself?" Turning her back on the fight, she shifted uncomfortably, not wanting to watch anymore.

"The name's Bronzefoot," the tom replied in a bored voice. His eyes flickered from the other watching cats to the fight and back. 'Perhaps Grimykit will have learned his lesson,' he thought enthusiastically. 'But then, if he dies, he won't have time to learn anything.'
Putting his full attention on the fight, he pondered the situation and wondered whether Grimykit would have the sense to back out soon.

"Orangestorm," replied the orange tom, staring at the fight. "Bloody kit looks like 'e's going to fight to the death," he muttered.

"Pleasure to meet you, Orangestorm and Bronzefoot," Harepaw replied politely, dipping her head. She suppressed a shudder as she caught the ginger cat's last words. "Would anyone stop him?" It was more of a question to herself, quite possibly of herself. Would any cat pull them apart if it became too brutal? Would she? Whiskers puckering as if she had something sour in her jaws, she shifted once more.

Bronzefoot looked at Harepaw. "I'm not a sadistic cat," he meowed, "but if they needed to be stopped, I would think that it was too late to help. For if that fight did need to be stopped-" he paused to look at the battle again-"trying to stop them could be deadly."

The large tom hissed as claws flashed, raking his muzzle. The injury burned, but it only made Slatefoot attack even more fiercely. After aiming a quick blow at the cat's chest, his opponent's hind legs shoved him off. The gray feline's fur bristled as he circled him, eyes narrowed.

ooc| "a quick blow at the cat's chest" --x Again I'm wondering how that's possible, considering feline anatomy.

"Too much fer ya ta handle, gray butt?" the tabby snarled with a spiteful smirk. His swishing tail stirred up a cloud of dust, some particles of which settled on his bloodied cranium. "Ya keep callin' me a kit, but it's lookin' like you's the one who's gonna run home to his momma. Go on then. Ya don't need ta hurt yerself worse."

"Nope," Orangestorm said disapprovingly, hearing Grimykit's taunt. "That pea-brained kit ain't learnt nothin' at all."
Deciding that the fight was getting boring, the tom flopped onto the sand and contemplated on what to do next. He'd like to give that kit a hard cuff to the head, he would. However, the kit knew how to make use of his claws.
