"Like a rat? Or a cat?" --- Either one. If cats can't bury their dead, they'll eventually decompose and turn into bones. Same with the cat's prey. Depending on the board, you could have rat bones or cat bones.

It would be interesting to have a sort of graveyard board, with skeletons and corpses. Cats would go there to place (rather than bury) and mourn the dead.

" --- And it would hopefully save you the trouble of people posting bios saying that they buried their dead and you having to explain it. But some corpses wouldn't be taken if they were cats without any relations, and would decompose where they had died.

I'm thinking there might be some cats who felt obligated to take them there anyway, but yes, that is true.
