Physical Description| First and foremost, he has the physique of a she-cat due to having been born with XYXY genes. He is smaller and daintier than most toms, and his scents are also that of a female. His fur is calico, another trait most commonly only found in she-cats. His fur is white with black and red-orange patches. He has yellow, round eyes.
Views| He falls under the label of cynic. He would like for cats to band together in a mutually beneficial society, but he has concerns about leadership. He would rather everyone be able to have input on decisions, as opposed to someone with all the power making them for everyone.

History| Spangledfur is not an ordinary cat. His mother nearly disowned him when he was born, because his scent was female and his sex was male. His father, Sleetclaw, convinced Lizardtail not to abandon Spangledkit, though he also had apprehensions about raising an abnormal kit.
Rather than acknowledge that their kit was imperfect, and have to explain this fact to other cats, his parents referred to him as female. Spangledfur always had gender related problems. He both felt and smelled female, and his build was very dainty. However, he could not ignore certain male thoughts and desires and the fact that certain physical aspects did not match up to those of a she-cat. His mixed attractions, and combinations of male and female attributes have led to confusion, and Spangledfur wondering if there is something wrong with him. Currently, he is unsure of whether to identify as a she-cat or a tom.
His mother died from an infected wound when he was a few months old, leaving Sleetclaw to train him and his siblings. His brother, Copperpaw, died of a respiratory infection, which luckily did not spread to Spangledfur or his remaining family. He and his sister, Dapplewhisker, were both given their full names by their father upon completing what Sleetclaw considered to be ample training.
Sleetclaw was bitten by a venomous snake and died shortly thereafter. Upon their father's death, Dapplewhisker and Spangledfur went their separate ways. Though she hasn't been gone for long, he's not been coping well being alone thus far. He's almost to the point of either having to locate Dapplewhisker, or find a new companion.
