"If her mother died that soon, who did she get milk from?" Is it possible that another she-cat, a friend of the family or something, fed her milk?

"Is it possible that another she-cat, a friend of the family or something, fed her milk?" Yep.
Are you going to bold the views?
Edit:
"covered with solid mud-brown spots" You've seen a solid-brown cat?
"This has led to most of the hair near her tail-tip falling out, and prevents them from growing back as well." Wouldn't it have ripped out in the first place?

Done and done. Hopefully it's okay now ~
Reply to your edit: To be honest, I'm unsure of how to use the terms 'solid' and 'tabby'. She's a white cat with brown spots. How much clearer can it get?
Do you mean to say that the rat would've ripped out her tail fur when biting? Well, that does seem a bit more realistic, so I'll change that.

"her proud father, and soon" < no comma
"and her good loyal and determined heart," Yet again, how does this relate to heart as a suffix?
Shall I classify her as ProClan?

Yes, ProClan. Modified. I'm certain I got the issue with the heart -suffix wrong again, I'm really not sure of how to put it. D: She was named for having heart in loyalty and determination.

"She was named for having heart in loyalty and determination."
I understand that most people think that's what the suffix signifies. I equate it with heartiness and compassion.

I think loyalty and determination could be passed off as heartiness and compassion. Speckledheart is willing to fight and takes great heart in doing so, and anything she sets her mind to, she will do with determination and compassion.
If that is okay as the significance of the suffix, I just have to worry about how to fit it into her profile.

I'm not seeing how she has done anything compassionate.
It's easier to change the name than change the character.

Mmm. Alright then, how about Speckledclaw? For her expertise in using her claws in battle?
Edit: If her current name is unacceptable, then I'm stumped, because I just took a few minutes to read through your warrior names guide and Speckledclaw seems to be the perfect name for this she-cat according to your guide. :3
You have a flair for spotting mistakes, and you have a reason for mostly everything you state. I'm currently working on a rather complex plot for a project I'm planning to publish, and I could use a spot of good critique. On another note, have you ever tried starting a plotted story yourself? I bet you'd do a pretty darn good job.

Speckledclaw? Sure.
"covered with solid mud-brown spots" You've seen a solid-brown cat?
"along with her expert use of her claws in battle, which she developed while training in battle." Saying battle twice sounds redundant. Also, I wouldn't call the fights she gets into actual battles. Or has she fought in those too?
"I could use a spot of good critique." o.o I'm flattered.
"On another note, have you ever tried starting a plotted story yourself?" Sort of.... yes.
"I bet you'd do a pretty darn good job." You'd lose money on that bet.
