How about..

"Go wash out your tongue," for a cat who is rude or impolite to others?

"Have your forgotten/lost your paws?" for a clumsy cat who trips or runs into someone or something.

"Sweetfur," The equivalent of "sweetheart". Said to a dear cat or mate.
