Haha, I was reading through these and I thought of "bossy paws", for older cats (like cranky old cats) who like to boss younger cats around (apprentices or kits).
It's kinda like "bossy boots". My younger brother calls me that all the time. xD
It's the kind of insult kits would say.

I wants a word to describe Speckledclaw.
I thought of 'hunter', to describe a cat who does pretty much nothing but hunt or loves hunting to the extent of hunting not just for food, but for the thrill of it - but 'hunter's a pretty lame name. D:

So perhaps 'ratcatcher'', or food-hogger', for cats who see them as hogging all the food due to excessive hunting?

... Ideas?

They don't know about hogs.

How about we use a synecdoche and call her a tooth? It would have a similar meaning to a "muscle" or a "hired gun", except that she hunts for herself more than work for others (though she would be willing to do that too, wouldn't she?).

I thought of a good saying for someone that just wont listen to reason/ignoring reality: having your head in the sand.

Ex.: "Aw, don't say nothin' to him, he's just got his head in the sand."
