At Frailheart's lackluster words, the tom gave her a gentle rub. Getting pushed around by creeps like Grimykit was normal for her? Perhaps this she-cat's definition of normal deserved a change.

Frailheart looked at Frozenheart, a little surprised. 'What is he trying to say?' she thought, thinking about what she had just said. Then she remembered what had happened earlier, and she tilted her head to the side - not to show that she was confused, but to show that she didn't really mean 'same old same old'. Not wanting to embarrass herself, she didn't do anything else.

Redstream had not been aware of what had happened earlier on - this scene proved itself confusing to her. Unsure of what to do next she simply sat there, tail twitching.

"I'm in the mood for a snack," she said then, for Redstream hated silences in conversations. "Are you two obliged to join me on a hunt of sorts?

ooc| Hmm. Frailheart's not all that good in terms of mentoring, but Bronzefoot could mentor (it would be in his benefit if he and his apprentice became close, since then he might have someone to feed him in case he never had kits).

bic| "Well..." Frailheart looked at her paws. "Do you mean a rat hunt?" she asked bluntly - and yet hopefully. 'Maybe if there are enough cats, I could go with them, hopefully not get hurt, and get some rat meat. And if there aren't enough cats, I can scavenge if there are any remains.'

Hmm, that sounds good. =D I'm sorry for the late reply too, guys. Internet's been acting up. D: Lemme create my kit, Gosh, and then we can put both of them in a thread to see how well they'd get along. A'kay with you?

EDIT: Just checked my PMs and apparently Ten offered Frozenheart to be my kit's mentor. Since I can't decide between the two, what about I create the kit first and then make a thread to see who can win him over as an apprentice?

"I would suppose," Redstream said, smiling. "I don't think the three of us could take down a rat though ..." She turned to survey the surrounging area and spotted a speckled tabby cat grooming herself about a brief run off.
Redstream said, "Excuse me a moment, would you," and sped off. When the distance between her and the speckled cat had been closed, Redstream cleared her throat.

Speckledclaw stopped grooming and got up. She stared at Redstream. "What's it you want, cat?"
Redstream kept her smile on and said, "A few friends migh be joining me for a rat hunt, but to be safe we'd like another warrior. My name is Redstream."

"I'm Speckledclaw," said the speckled tabby, following her nose towards Frailheart and Frozenheart while Redstream trotted behind her.

Also, I'm fine with the whole mentoring thing; it doesn't matter to me, really.
